FAMILY
My name is Chris, and I’m incredibly fortunate to be married to my wonderful wife, Shellie, for the past 14 years. Our journey together began in December 2009 when we embarked on our first date, and from that moment on, we knew we were meant to be. In a whirlwind of excitement, we got engaged on December 7th and tied the knot just a week later, on December 15th.
Together, Shellie and I are the proud parents of two amazing children, Matthew and Sarah. Matthew, our gaming 13-year-old, and Sarah, our bold and spunky 9-year-old, bring boundless joy and laughter into our lives every day. As a family, we cherish every moment we spend together, whether it’s engaging in epic board game battles, immersing ourselves in the magic of Disney movies, or creating unforgettable memories at Disneyland.
Life with Shellie, Matthew, and Sarah is an incredible journey filled with love, laughter, and endless adventures. I’m grateful for every moment we share and look forward to creating many more cherished memories together in the years to come.
CAREER
Dedicated to facilitating positive change and enhancing patient care, I am currently pursuing a degree in nursing at Victor Valley College. My professional journey has been marked by a commitment to efficiency and excellence. As a versatile management professional, I’ve honed skills in business development, team management, and communication, among others. From managing budgets and schedules to overseeing IT infrastructure and streamlining processes, I’ve consistently sought ways to optimize operations and drive organizational success. My passion for helping others extends beyond the business realm, as evidenced by my role as an Outreach Pastor, where I developed strategies to engage with and serve the local community. My experience in IT, including network administration and system maintenance, has equipped me with a strong foundation in problem-solving and attention to detail. Now, I’m eager to apply these skills to the healthcare field, where I can directly impact patient well-being and contribute to improving healthcare outcomes. My decision to pursue nursing reflects my deep-seated desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and ensure the highest quality of care for all.

Hobbies
In my free time, I indulge in a variety of hobbies that bring both joy and fulfillment to my life. One such pursuit is golf, which my wife and I took up about a year and a half ago. While our skills on the green might leave something to be desired, we love nothing more than hopping into the golf cart and sharing some laughs while enjoying each other’s company. Another passion of mine lies in off-road adventures with my trusty Jeep, where I’m an active member of a local Jeep club. From tackling challenging trails to navigating broken parts and implementing upgrades, every excursion is a thrilling experience. Additionally, I find immense satisfaction in nurturing young minds through my involvement with a local elementary school’s VEX Robotics club. What began as a way to support my son’s interest in robotics has evolved into a rewarding journey of mentorship and teamwork, culminating in the club’s impressive achievements at state competitions. These diverse hobbies not only provide opportunities for excitement and camaraderie but also underscore my commitment to personal growth and community engagement. Additionally, I hold a brown belt in Shorite Ryu-TaiJutsu and am an avid practitioner of Krav Maga.
